We hand-select our fruit at the peak of ripeness and use specially designed, climate-controlled packaging to ensure your delivery arrives in pristine condition.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. To maintain freshness, we avoid shipping over weekends; orders placed late in the week may ship the following Monday.
Do you offer international shipping?
Due to agricultural regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we currently only ship within the United States and Canada.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
If your fruit arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.

Yes, we offer various 'Build Your Own' options where you can select specific varieties of pears, apples, and gourmet treats to suit your preference.
